Meet the people behind the scenes
There are many people who work together at Keppel Coaches to ensure your charter is better than you ever believed it could be.
One of the first people you will come across is our Director, Daniel Pearce. Daniel not only owns the company - he also drives the coaches and is our mechanic. He is definitely a man of many talents, who adores taking groups away on long camps. While away on charter, you'll likely find him assisting the group to make their experience the best it can be. Daniel divides his time between business management, driving coaches and maintaining our vehicles so he is always fully aware of everything that is happening in his company. His love for Keppel Coaches is evident in every action that he takes.
Supporting Daniel to bring out the best for our customers is a team that shines! Our team is made up of admin, drivers and our maintenance crew.
Ben, our Manager, is the person you will work with when you ask for a quote on any charter, aside from weddings or private functions - Casey will help you with those. Ben prides himself on ensuring all aspects of the charter are considered so no unavoidable surprises will be thrown your way. We actually have many schools who are locking us in for entire years at a time to ensure they don't miss out on using Keppel Coaches to transport their students and staff in our comfortable, safe and clean coaches. Casey is our logistics and administration officer who schedules all charters and drivers. Part of her job is to get the most suitable coach and driver to you on time - every time. Casey works with our team of over 30 drivers to ensure they are fully up to date with their training and that they are at the top of their game every day. Casey also keeps the entire school run service side of the business humming along. Contact Casey if you need to organise for your child/ren to get to a school in our area, or if you need a quote for a wedding or private function.
Sandra, based in Hay Point, handles all of our invoicing and financial matters. Sandra will be the one you have contact with when paying for your charters, or if you need any official documents to support your funding applications to cover the costs of the charter.

If you’re traveling in a small group of at least 12 people, right up to a large group of 600 people, Keppel Coaches will get you there in one move.
On top of our versatile fleet, we also operate three coaches which fit up to 70 people each so you can have large groups travel together.
Planning a school camp? Keppel Coaches can supply a coach and driver for any length of time. The coach can be kept on site the entire time to allow your group to travel around the location you are visiting, or the coach can drop your group off and return on your day of departure.
